We envision a future where every individual feels loved, valued and empowered, while feeling fully included in their community. By fostering a culture of respect, innovation, and continuous improvement, we aspire to create a model of excellence that inspires positive change.
Mission Statement
A Way Back Supportive Services is committed to providing a structured therapeutic environment for a continuum of care aimed at meeting the needs of emotionally, mentally, and behaviorally challenged children, youth and adults. Our mission is to provide a compassionate and inclusive residential environment that empowers individuals with diverse abilities to live fulfilling lives. A Way Back will provide 24-hour supervision and have access to various resources, including therapy, education, and recreational activities. The goal is to help them develop emotional and behavioral skills in a safe and nurturing environment. We will provide staff members that will work with each individual to create a care plan that addresses their specific needs while prioritizing the safety, dignity, and well-being of our residents.
